Nate was fantastic. Super disappointed in Ford Motor Company. $85,000 Raptor with 47k miles needed a new transmission, seal and oil pan. Just 60 days out of warranty Super disappointed in Ford Motor Company. $85,000 Raptor with 47k miles needed a new transmission, seal and oil pan. Just 60 days out of warranty and I got stuck with a $ 3k charge (better than $8k, but still too much for the top of the line truck with low miles). Nate was a great advocate for me and super helpful. Dealer was great. Manufacturer sucks. More

They have taken care of our Escape for three years and have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and 100% accurate on the diagnosis and fix. Their service notifications are very appreciated.
