Great Service! I took my vehicle to another dealership for servicing and they were unable to fix the issue after several attempts. I decided to bring it to Truck Ci I took my vehicle to another dealership for servicing and they were unable to fix the issue after several attempts. I decided to bring it to Truck City Ford in Buda and they took care of it the first time. I have been returning there ever since. When I brought it in for the 30,000 mile service. I was low on gas and they even refilled my tank free of charge. To say I am extremely please with their level of customer service is to say the least. More

We are very grateful for the excellent service from Truck City Ford! We purchased a 2021 F-150 from Griffith Ford and were promised that we were set to pull a travel trailer. We quickly discovered that it di City Ford! We purchased a 2021 F-150 from Griffith Ford and were promised that we were set to pull a travel trailer. We quickly discovered that it did not have a trailer brake controller. Griffith Fird was unwilling to help us resolve this serious problem for a year. I found a brake controller and Truck City Ford quickly installed it for us. More

Just dealership was absolutely awesome, the professionalism and the speed in which they operate at, was just incredible. I was in a very tough position in my life, and just buy them doing their professionalism and the speed in which they operate at, was just incredible. I was in a very tough position in my life, and just buy them doing their job, which I would say above and beyond, it actually made a huge impact on my life. If I ever have to have work done on my truck, I will drive no matter what it takes or how many miles, to have this dealership work on my truck!
