Nathaniel (Nate) Lewis did an excellent job helping me get my truck serviced and repaired. He exemplifies what a service manager should be. I particularly appreciate his patience with all my questions. Nate was absolutely on the ball for everything I wanted or needed. I also think highly of Charles and Oscar (finance and sales). I will gladly recommend, without hesitation, Nate and Truck City Ford to anyone who is shopping for service, or Oscar for a new vehicle. As a side comment, they have the best waiting area coffee I have had, but I am not fond of the added 3% fee for using my credit card. More

Nate and his manager are great they tested my truck to make sure it was 100% So far so good and if I discover any issues they said to bring it back. Service advisor was exceptional, wait time for just oil change was not. I could clearly see my vehicle and watched the work from the area, an oil change should be the easiest service there is. While I did change was not. I could clearly see my vehicle and watched the work from the area, an oil change should be the easiest service there is. While I did appreciate the top off of washer fluid, and tire pressure adjustment (literally new tires put on the day before so didn't need adjustment) The actual oil change took forever. I was there with a scheduled appointment for 2pm and didn't get my car back until after 430pm. It just seemed very long, and watching them, it seems like you have over allocated your techs. More
