Let me just say that Nate (Service Advisor) and Mike (Service Director) went above and beyond to ensure that I walked away as a satisfied customer.
The fact that my vehicle is not even a Ford speaks volumes. They could've told me that it wasn't their problem and sent me on my way but they didn't. They did more than was necessary and I hope they get the recognition that they truly deserve.
I mention my vehicle isn't a Ford because they work on other brands and customers should know this and give them a chance to earn your business. However, call first to make sure it's something that they can, in fact, work on for you.
I promise you will not be disappointed with the customer service you receive.
