Forced to purchase unnecessary extended car warranty even though I declined multiple times. Couldn't get an accurate price for vehicle without the additional add on I declines to purchase. To avoid conflict I felt forced to purchase the warranty even though I declined multiple times but was left with no choice. Went to a different dealership and they verified I didn't need to purchase the extended warranty and that the financing guy (Spall) behavior was hostile when I declined to purchase extended warranty and when I asked how much would my monthly car note would be without it. He declined to answer and was rude. More
