Worst car dealer experience ever. Never have I felt so devalued and disrespected as a customer by so many of your employees. You sold me a lemon. Came back with the issues to be repaired. You said it was devalued and disrespected as a customer by so many of your employees. You sold me a lemon. Came back with the issues to be repaired. You said it was fixed only for the same issues to come back worse the next day. Now you say it's new a issue completely unrelated and to pretty much pay more money. No clear answers, No solution, no apology, no discount offered, no reimbursement of any kind, no guarantee offer of the work, no value or care for the customer, and no follow through. All you have done is taken my money and not helped me in anyway like you said you in would. Not once was I followed up with today by Kevin Harris (Customer Relations Manager) as I waited more than 5 hours to hear bad news for a "solution" only to not be provided one at all or even spoken to other than by my advisor. If you're looking for a car go elsewhere to spend your money and time. Salesperson Meysam Kaed will say all the customers are treated and taken care of the same but that is very not true. They just want to take your money and send you out the door. Even if your car still doesn't work and you're stranded with no way home. They didn't even want to provide me with a loner or rental when I explained I don't live in the area and the car is in no condition drive. I didn't even get a full tank of gas when I bought it. You're the worst Honda dealer in my opinion. More

The staff that did my oil change left the screws loose on my splash shield and as a result I had to replace the splash shield which was a 400$ cost at the dealer. I requested a refund as this was due to an i my splash shield and as a result I had to replace the splash shield which was a 400$ cost at the dealer. I requested a refund as this was due to an improper work from the staff that did the oil change. Kevin Harris who is the manager accused me for the damages. He claimed the possible cause was due to previous damage my car had. He stated he was trying to help me but did nothing other than accuse me of the damages. I had the part which clearly was missing screws. Instead of requesting I bring the part and car In for an inspection or talking To Honda staff at Downey which replaced the part, he simply continued to accuse me of causing the damage. I paid for a certified Honda oil change trusting their reputation and being aware dealer prices are overpriced. However, after the poor quality of work and lack of assistance from the managers and upper management I will no longer take my car there. In addition, it took about two weeks to get a response from them as manager Michelle Vazquez did not contact me within 3 days, as he had assured me. More
