We weren't actually planning to buy a car right yet.... But Neal was great to work with, very knowledgeable in fact probably the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. The car was is better than we had expected and he keep in contact through the whole process. Jason in Finance was also great to work with made paperwork easy and worked with us on our questions and strived to get us the best rates which we feel he did. More

Started the buying process online, did the trade-in calculator on their website and was satisfied with the result, so I drove over an hour to the dealership. After I test drove the vehicle I was ready to make a purchase. Their trade-in offer came back over $3,000 less and refused to say why. I asked them to tell me specifically why, they refused. They also refused to negotiate at all on it, not even a dollar. So a few days later Eric emailed me, asking if there is anything he could do. I explained the situation entirely, including copies of everything. I never heard back from him. Then he has the audacity to email me again a couple weeks later asking what they could do better. First off, you could respond when someone responds to you. It is clearly all lip service. They wasted an entire evening of my time and then continue to bug you long after the fact. More
