Started the buying process online, did the trade-in calculator on their website and was satisfied with the result, so I drove over an hour to the dealership. After I test drove the vehicle I was ready calculator on their website and was satisfied with the result, so I drove over an hour to the dealership. After I test drove the vehicle I was ready to make a purchase. Their trade-in offer came back over $3,000 less and refused to say why. I asked them to tell me specifically why, they refused. They also refused to negotiate at all on it, not even a dollar. So a few days later Eric emailed me, asking if there is anything he could do. I explained the situation entirely, including copies of everything. I never heard back from him. Then he has the audacity to email me again a couple weeks later asking what they could do better. First off, you could respond when someone responds to you. It is clearly all lip service. They wasted an entire evening of my time and then continue to bug you long after the fact. More

Drove all the way from central Alabama to purchase a car from these folks. Neal was very easy to work with and took care of everything. He made the entire process easy, transparent, stress-free. A happy customer once again or should I say 11th time being a happy customer, my go-to salesman is no longer there but Neal is my new go-to!
