Went to Ed Martin Toyota looking for a new RAV4. Met with Neal Graham and he had one ready for us to test drive. We decided on the trim level and color. Neal presented the pricing and showed us differ with Neal Graham and he had one ready for us to test drive. We decided on the trim level and color. Neal presented the pricing and showed us different options for financing, never pressuring us to choose one over the other. We made our financing decision and went back the next day to take care of the paperwork. Bryce was our person that took care of all the financing paperwork and made things easy to complete. Again, no pressure to purchase any additional items. Bryce explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand and help with our decisions. In less than one hour, we were finished with our paperwork and drove away in our new RAV4. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience for our new vehicle. More

Neal was excellent to deal with.
