Neal was a quiet facilitator who ultimately let us make the final decision on everything. This is exactly what we wanted from a salesman. I think Neal knew we would choose the Toyota in the end but never eluded to that in the process. We came in a week ago wanting to drive a Camry but leaning towards a Nissan. We have owned an Altima for a few years now. Once we drove them both in the same day, the new Altima did not stand up to the Camry in some important categories. Then it was just a matter of matching up options, color, and payment. That's when Neal stepped in and played his role like a true professional. This beautiful dealership was full of helpful and knowledgeable people! In fact, it is these type of experiences that build long-term professional relationships and brand loyalty. We will keep coming back to see Neal and what Toyota has to offer! More

I looked for cars for almost 4 weeks and found the best price here for the same car. They were quick to respond, reasonable, and worked with me to get the price I wanted. They followed up with me before and after my purchase. Neal Graham was my salesman. He called me and messaged me multiple times regarding my questions and to follow up on my travels home. He still responds fast to all my messages and questions. Dustin rode with me for my test drive due to Neal having an emergent situation. Dustin was nice, funny and very helpful in explaining all the specs of my new 2018 Toyota Camry. Both were lots of help. Real nice. Pleasant to speak with. Truly have never been to a dealership like this. Yes all dealers try to suck up and treat you like a princess so you'll buy their cars, but here at Ed Martin's Toyota I really believe they actually care. Especially to follow up before I even made it all the way home. 5 stars for you guys. More
