I was referred to Audi Coral Springs by a friend who spoke highly of the dealership. I live in Sarasota which is 3 hours away. I called and spoke with Neil and the rest is history. We entered Coral Springs Audi not knowing anything about Audi except that we heard it was a good car. Everyone there were very cordial to us. He saved me a trip to an Infinity dealer once I got to learn that the Audi brand was what I was looking for. After test driving the A4 I was thrilled with its performance and decided to Buy! Next Tony Carenza helped us pick out the Audi Care package that we wanted and completed our paperwork. I was happy to know that with this package all our service was paid for and the car was protected inside and out. My wife is now thinking of trading in her Mercedes for an Audi. Purchased a 2013 A4 Premium Plus. I was under the impression that you could give vocie commands to dial numbers in your phone book. Turns out you could not with my current package. However, Neil show impression that you could give vocie commands to dial numbers in your phone book. Turns out you could not with my current package. However, Neil showed me various was to incorporate my iPhone 5 and Siri to dail names, read msgs, and search the internet via the blue tooth capes of the car. Very professional and helpful! I recommend Google maps as well linked through blue tooth and it'll give you turn by turn directions through the car audio. More

Everything was done over the phone and internet. It was a smooth process. They were easy to work with and made me a great deal on my car. The whole team was good to work with, especially Neil. He took lots of time to explain everything on the car when I picked it up and programmed my phone and both my garage and gate entry codes. He even picked me up at the airport! I just wished I lived nearer so that I could take my car there for maintenance. More

They have an easy-going, no-pressure approach and were very helpful in giving me information so that I could make an informed decision -they did not "sell" me a car at all, they strictly just facilitated my buying one! In fact, they are the first car dealership I've ever used to buy a vehicle -previously, I've always bought only from individuals -in the past 25 years! So, all of my previous prejudices about stereotypical car dealerships were completely dispelled at Audi Coral Springs. I would most certainly buy from them again in the future. Let me also add that the Audi brand continues to impress me with their thoughtful engineering, design and precision in crafting a world-class automobile. It's not oversold like BMW and Mercedes, yet it outcompetes both at several price levels. The new A7 and S7 are amazing models, although, I actually found a rare gem (online listing of theirs) in the certified pre-owned 2010 A6 -at I price I couldn't refuse - I had to have it, and practically stole it -what a deal! Thanks very much for the great deal and even the finance guy, Rance, was super-cool and totally laid-back in his approach -again, not selling me at all, just helping me to buy what I wanted. Awesome! I recently purchased a 2013 A8 4.0T from Audi Coral Springs and I cannot believe I'm saying this, buying a car was actually very enjoyable!! I dealt mostly with Brendan and Neil and never once was the Springs and I cannot believe I'm saying this, buying a car was actually very enjoyable!! I dealt mostly with Brendan and Neil and never once was there any high pressure sale, just friendly haggling until a mutual price was reached. After the financing was completed, Neil actually spent at least 1 1/2 hours customizing my car to all my specs, which I realized was the tip of the iceberg. Neil at that time offered for me to make an appt so he could come to my house and link my car to my garage and continue teaching me all the amazing features of my car. As a matter of fact when I sent Neil an e-mail to make an appt, he actually called me while he was on vacation to confirm the day. Where in the heck do you get that kind of service!! When he came to my house he had to spend at least 2 hours setting up my car and teaching me more of the features of this incredible car!! This car is so technically advanced, I think it's going to take Neil many of hours of training to teach me everything. Neil advised me he would spend as much time as I need, now that's what I call service!! When I was talking to Neil that Saturday while he was on vacation and told him I was going to call Brendan to set-up an appt to get my car Derma Plated, I wasn't expecting him to do what he did!! When I called Brendan a few minutes later, Neil had already called him and advised him about my intentions of calling him. When I spoke to Brendan he gave me the green light to come on over now and he would have a car waiting. I definitely wasn't expecting a brand new A8 4.0T waiting for me to drive until my car was going to ready in about 2 hours. That's the first time I ever got a loaner which was the exact car I was dropping off for service and I've owned BMW, Mercedes and Lexus. Speaking of previously owning BMW, Mercedes and Lexus, I always thought JM Lexus was the Gold Standard. Well I can honestly and enthusiastically say Audi Coral Springs has been my best experience ever!!! Neil and Brendan, thank you very much and I will refer who ever I can.
