From car sales to service we have been pleased with every aspect of our interactions. The prices are fair and the customer service is top-notch. Even little details like offering my children snacks and drinks while we wait for car services is a little extra that makes my time there more pleasant. The staff is attentive and kind. For this last purchase, Robert Waller gave us a considerable amount of his time to help us and was never pushy. He was very realistic about what we needed and didn’t need in our next car. Give the best offer to make the sale! I was told that if I found a better offer at any dealership in Georgia for a new vehicle that Hughes would beat the deal by $500.00. For me if they can offer this or any other deal after I search elsewhere, why not offer your best deal from the start and make the sale. After I find a better offer why would I give Hughes the opportunity to make the sale? For me it's always been difficult to patronize Hughes. Give the customer the best deal without all the back and forward......I'm seriously looking for a new or CPO vehicle, but will not jump at anything. I'm looking for the best deal for my money! No time for the games.... More

We initially looked at a couple of vehicles then decided on the CR-V. Robert and his floor partner Jesse were excellent in describing all parts of the CR-V and did not in any way make us feel pressured in buying. We waited several days then decided to place a deposit on the vehicle we bought. Overall, we had the best sales experience that I have ever had in a vehicle purchase. NEW CAR after 25 years with my 92 Honda Brittni was very knowledge of the Accord. I had drove the Accord two times previously but Brittni was more tuned to what I would use and gave directi Brittni was very knowledge of the Accord. I had drove the Accord two times previously but Brittni was more tuned to what I would use and gave directions on how I would use the car. She also would do a little test to see if I remembered, that was great because it made the feature stick more in my memory. Neil Brewer was great to work with and to see that all my concerns were addressed. Both of them were willing to spend the time necessary to make sure the car and I were a match. Melanie was very through on explaining all the warranties. During this process is when the Honda Accord became a "pretty car to me". I have a 92 Honda Accord EX, if this one is half as good it will be a great car. More
