A Disappointing Experience That Fell Far Short of the Lexus Standard. I chose the New Country Lexus of Great Neck dealership based on its strong recommendations and reputation, expecting the high leve Lexus Standard. I chose the New Country Lexus of Great Neck dealership based on its strong recommendations and reputation, expecting the high level of service synonymous with the Lexus brand. Unfortunately, my recent experience was profoundly unsatisfactory and fell dramatically short of that standard. My specific service requests were disregarded due to a critical breakdown in communication between the service advisor and the technicians. When I addressed these issues with management, the response was even more concerning. The supervisor seemed focused on making excuses for the staff rather than solving the problem. While apologies were offered, they were not backed by any tangible solution or corrective plan. For a brand built on customer satisfaction, this failure in communication, accountability, and resolution is unacceptable. I am sharing this experience both to inform future customers and to escalate the matter to Lexus Corporate. When a dealership’s actions contradict the brand's promise, it requires higher-level attention to ensure other clients are treated with the care they expect. Respectfully, Oleg W More

Today, I visited the Lexus Greatneck dealership because of a minor problem with my car (battery replacement problem). With the kind help of my advisor, Neil Gao, I was able to hear the problem of my car an of a minor problem with my car (battery replacement problem). With the kind help of my advisor, Neil Gao, I was able to hear the problem of my car and the solution in great detail. I have never heard anyone explain it in such an easy and detailed way, and with Neil's help, I was able to solve the problem of my car simply. This was my second time meeting Neil, and I am grateful for his professional behavior and kindness in every meeting. Lexus Greatneck should be grateful to have an employee like Neil. More
