We asked for Ian again, and he took care of us just as much as he did when we bought our 4Runner. We knew what we wanted, and they delivered although it wasn’t on their lot initially. He made our car buying process easy and quick and we felt like we got it for a very good price. Unlike other dealerships we've been to in the past, we felt like he actually cared and valued us as customers. We were showed a video of the Rice Toyota way, which outlined why they are special and different from other dealerships, there was a free snack bar that helped to keep the kids happy while we waited for the transaction to complete, and at the end we were given a thank you box of locally baked cookies! We have bout many cars and that was definitely a dealership first! In addition, the van was newly detailed and given a full tank of gas! I recommend Rice Toyota, and specifically my salesman Ian Gray, to anyone who wants a pleasant car buying experience! No buyers remorse, you'll walk out feeling great! More

After speaking with other dealerships the second time around, I ultimately came back to Rice because they were the most straightforward during the negotiation process and I felt that they made sure all of my needs as a customer were met. Everyone was very approachable and welcomed any questions. I would highly recommend working with Justin Sola because he took the intimidation out of the process and clearly defined every step. Rice also has a much wider selection than other dealerships I visited and their service center has always been very prompt. Overall, Rice really puts the customer first and you aren’t dealing with stereotypical car dealerships or salespeople when you work with them. Don’t waste your time with any other dealerships! More
