I can’t speak highly enough of Kia of Lansing. First of all I am on my second Kia from this dealership. The sales department is very knowledgeable and helpful getting the right vehicle and price for my ne all I am on my second Kia from this dealership. The sales department is very knowledgeable and helpful getting the right vehicle and price for my needs. The service department is friendly knowledgeable and very responsive and respectful. I had work done by both the service department and body shop after a mishap and one of the new radiator hoses was leaking. I was able to bring in vehicle and they were able to replace quickly and were very sorry for the inconvenience. I have a vehicle that I got from another dealership and have it serviced there cause it is closer to my home and it is covered by factory warranty. I am having an issue with them solving the reoccurring brake assist service light issue. I won’t be getting another vehicle from them. I plan on replacing it with a Kia when my lease is up. More

Great service and friendly staff. They call me by name and take the time to chat. Always a pleasant experience. Amazing Experience! This experience was great. It was first of all, expedient, as we knew what we needed and were effortlessly assisted to that effect. Neil was very know This experience was great. Neil was very knowledgeable, and took us on his tried and true test drive route through the roads and nearby highway in order to get a good feel for the vehicle that we were interested in. Our current financial situation was admittedly a bit odd, but Neil handled it very well, stating payment plans to his best ability while not pushing us in any direction that would have strained or effected our available budget. The showroom and lot were quite clean and well organized, and the connected service center was impressive and cozy. I would highly recommend this establishment to friends and family.
