"Couldn't be more satisfied!"
Came in for a check engine light and left with lots of other problems fixed! They were able to get me in within a few hours of the light coming on, which was great since I just happened to be in Lansing for the day and live an hour away. The check engine light didn't generate any codes, but the guys at Kia of Lansing made sure to check for any and all recalls on the vehicle, and found two. One they were able to fix that day, and the other we came back for the following week. And since they couldn't find any codes on the check engine light, they took half the cost of service off my bill! I was nervous about how much everything would end up costing but walked out of there with problems fixed I didn't even know we had, for a very small fee. They were incredibly professional and kind, and even vacuumed the car after each visit. We are 100% satisfied!

Lansing of Kia has been our dealer for new cars and all service since 2007. The service department, headed by Jeremy, is fast, careful, and thorough. We started with this dealership with cars other than a Kia because the service department was so fine and the prices were excellent.. We stayed to buy (now) three Kia Soprentos,, the second of which they serviced a couple days ago.
