My journey with your company began this week through your website. I began corresponding with Neil Rosenstein who answered many, many of my questions. To be honest with you, I was hesitant to drive from my h website. I began corresponding with Neil Rosenstein who answered many, many of my questions. To be honest with you, I was hesitant to drive from my home in Long Island to New Jersey for a used car. After several conversations over a course of a few days with Mr. Rosenstein and your sales team I decided to take a chance and drove to your dealership. Upon arrival everyone on your team was so gracious and very welcoming, even the puppy came over and made us feel right at home. Mr. McKenna introduced himself, brought the car around and offered for us to take a test drive. When we got back Kevin sat with us and explained everything thoroughly while your team prepped the car for us to drive home. While we waited Kevin told my daughter it was time for one of us to hit the cymbal, he told us it was a tradition and everyone who makes a purchase gets a chance at hitting it. She got a huge kick out of videotaping me do that while the staff all clapped. I have to tell you even after the deal was made and the papers were signed Kevin and your sales team still were doing everything they could to make us feel like part of the Schwartz family. Without me even asking, Kevin put a big red bow on the hood of the car and took pictures of us for me. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and Kevin was amazing from the minute we got there until I drove away while he was waving goodbye. Thank you and your staff, More

I'm usually skeptical about dealers, however, so far Schwartz Mazda has exceeded my expectations--by far. From the beginning, our salesman Phil was great and very knowledgeable. After we decided to bu Schwartz Mazda has exceeded my expectations--by far. From the beginning, our salesman Phil was great and very knowledgeable. After we decided to buy the last step was to go see another person. I said to my partner here comes the hard sell for expensive add-ons. Well boy was I surprised. No hard sell at all. Told options in a minute or two and out. It was great. Our first trip for regular service was no charge, done very professionally and we were sent a video of the car being inspected. Everybody at the dealership is friendly and they are dog friendly as well. My dog loved it. As I'm re-reading this I'm saying it sounds like a paid endorsement. It is Not. The only payment was great service and a great experience. More

He made the process easy and even came in on his day off to provide us with A-Z explanations on the car when we picked it up. They are not the closest dealer to us (70+ miles) but they were the best. Wouldn't hesitate recommending Ben Davidson and Schwartz Mazda for your next Mazda purchase. More
