My recent experience with buying a new car was a positive experience. Like many others, my 2017 Honda Civic was caught up in the May hailstorm and was considered a total loss. I started my search by looking experience. Like many others, my 2017 Honda Civic was caught up in the May hailstorm and was considered a total loss. I started my search by looking at the inventory of the Honda Superstore in Hazelwood. This is where I had my car serviced and is close to where I live. I walked in (no appointment) and met Neil Smith. From the beginning Neil was kind, patient and most importantly not sales pressure orientated. He kept me informed, but not too much. I was receiving as many as 6 calls per day from other dealerships. I was able to test drive a pre-certified Honda and a new model. In the end we made a good deal on a new 2025 Honda Civic Sport.
