Great car buying experience, pressure free, love my new Trax I began my car shopping experience online and was greeted by a phone call from the online department of Palm Chevrolet. The call was courteous and inf I began my car shopping experience online and was greeted by a phone call from the online department of Palm Chevrolet. The call was courteous and informational. I then made a trip to the dealership for a test drive, I loved the Trax but wasn't sure if I wanted the LS or the LT. I took another 48 hours to decide and was not pressured. I returned to make my purchase, the process went very smoothly and I was very impressed with the financing aspect of the transaction. I love my new Trax and will highly recommend Palm Chevrolet (my third purchase from this dealership!) More

I"m an old timer so consist customer service is of great importance for me. There are too many dealerships these days that might as well be called "Just Once" since they leave their customers with the attitude that they would never purchase another vehicle from them. Stay Away First of all, the salesman, Neil Stephani, is the only saving grace for this dealership! I leased a 2016 Malibu in mid march. I was down here caring First of all, the salesman, Neil Stephani, is the only saving grace for this dealership! I leased a 2016 Malibu in mid march. I was down here caring for my mother who is ill and the car I was leasing needed to be turned in. They knew the car had to be registered in SC where I live and assured me that tax, tag, title, transfer, etc. was included in the deal. They didn't turn ant paperwork until 7/21. I then had to bring the car in for warranty and recall work on 7/27 (had to be towed in). When I picked up the car on 8/1 I inquired about the registration. They had it but no tag decal. I have now been advised (8/16) that there is a SC tax owed and I have to take care of that and if I get a ticket it's my problem. The service was also a nightmare. I needed a loaner car and they said they couldn't authorize until they confirmed it was warranty work though they knew about the recalls. It wasn't until 7/16 they determined it was warranty work (the car was 3 mos. old) and gave me a car to drive. The service guy Dave was rude and when my tag issue heated up I couldn't get a call back from the F & I guys, JD and Jeff, ot the Sales Mgr. Dominic. The only guy who responded to me and stayed on it was Neil. I had to call Chevy corporate just to get them to give me the bad news. They also have a store in Gainesville. I would steer clear of the dealership and Chevy in general. I only gave it one star because this mechanism wouldn't allow me to give none. This is the absolute worse experience I have ever had in buying/leasing a car. They really don't care about customers after they purchase a car and define the stereotype of car sales. They are rude, unresponsive and dishonest. I will make sure to speak to anyone who is thinking about going there to help them avoid this type of experience. I would say shame on them but they have no shame! More

After selling us a 2016 Silverado, two days later we came back to Neil and I now own a 2016 chevy cruze which I love !!!! Neil worked so hard at getting me into that car. I hughly recommend Neil! I told everyone I know to go see Neil for a new car or truck! I can not thank him enough for getting me my car! THANK YOU NEIL!!!! More

Always attentive I contacted Neil at Palm Chevrolet to inquire about the vehicle exchange program. I had been contacted by my former dealer about the program and had I contacted Neil at Palm Chevrolet to inquire about the vehicle exchange program. I had been contacted by my former dealer about the program and had some questions. Neil was always attentive to my needs and did everything possible to help me. I was never left ignored for long periods of time like my former dealer, and Neil always kept me informed of what was going on and did his best to get me the best deal for my pocketbook. Once my car arrived, Neil assisted me with the On Star and showed me how everything worked. I would highly recommend anyone going to Palm Chevrolet to ask for Neil Stefani. Second Car for work After a year of being retired I decided to go back to work. Even though I wasn't going to start my job until March or April, my husband and I decide After a year of being retired I decided to go back to work. Even though I wasn't going to start my job until March or April, my husband and I decided to start looking for the right vehicle for me. Neil Stefani greeted us with a friendly smile and even though we told him that we wouldn't be buying until I start work, he took the time to show us the cars that we indicated we were interested in. We found the perfect car in a pre owned Chevy Equinox but didn't think we could qualify for a loan until I started work. Long story short, Neil didn't pressure us to buy, however, since we found the perfect car for us, he encouraged us to at least see if a purchase could be worked out. Needless to say we left with that vehicle. Thank you Neil. We also want to thank Richard Howard for his friendly manner and for making sure we understood the financing paperwork.. Half the paper work was done over the phone, which was great. Neil Stefani was so confident that he had us the best price and car within our range, it became a supernatural experience. It worked out so smoothly and we were enlightened by Mr. Neil concerning knowledge that was not explained clearly by many others. Mr. Neil Stefani also went over car information and help me set up the necessary accessories.It doesn't take a book to tell others that the place to,MOST DEFINETLY, check out is Palm Chevrolet (in Ocala, Fl.). Above and Beyond Customer Service My husband and I went into Palm Chevrolet dealership to find out what time their car rental location closed. Neil Stefani Sales Consultant shared with My husband and I went into Palm Chevrolet dealership to find out what time their car rental location closed. Neil Stefani Sales Consultant shared with us that the Enterprise location at their site had already closed for the day. I asked Neil if he knew if Enterprise still delivers their cars. He was kind enough to go online and call the Enterprise 1-800 number to inquire about my delivery question. Not only did Neil get the answer to our question, but he also wrote down the Enterprise telephone number so that I could call them 1st thing in the morning. We have a reservation and needed to change the time that we were planning on picking up our reserved car. I had a concern as to how my husband and I were going to coordinate all of this. Neil not only gave us 5 star Customer Service but he went beyond and above in helping us out. So much so that when we are considering purchasing another vehicle we will definitely come and see Neil Stegani. I also will make sure that I pass his name on to my friends and fellow workers!
