I do not appreciate that you can’t even get my name right or that you sent my title to my co signers house.. don’t appreciate that at all.. we were told she was just needed to get the application approved. We requested to be discreet about her co signing and it has been anything but! I love the car and for the most part things went smoothly. You should be aware that your office personnel leave out key information such as payment date changes as well as protection plan removals when having customer make a second trip down to resign. Regardless of the time of evening those are things that should be discussed. I will give compliments to Alex Mendoza and Mathew Essington. They are a huge part of why I drove away in a decent car and I am very grateful! They were awesome More
