Got us out of there as quick as possible, and while he did a great job explaining all the extra coverages/options that were available to us, he was never pushy like other dealerships we've dealt with. Not really pleased We communicated online for a couple of days with salespeople and asked to do as much as possible of the paperwork online to NOT spend a lot of time in We communicated online for a couple of days with salespeople and asked to do as much as possible of the paperwork online to NOT spend a lot of time in the dealership during the pandemic on April 14th. That request was promised but NOT delivered. Nothing was prepared when we got there - we had to sit in a very small space with the finance guy for more than an hour - no social distancing - overselling of gap insurance and extended warranty (which we made clear we didn't want) and the overall experience was NOT good. We finally escaped, got a call from the sales guy 20 minutes or so later that he'd forgotten to give us the 'real' key to the car, he'd started it for me with the secondary key. We live an hour away so had to drive back several days later to get the other key. We'd been promised weather tech floor mats - had to drive back AGAIN to get those as well. More
