At my 5,000 mile scheduled maintenance the service team had me out in record ton even with a full waiting room. Nelly doesn't just sell you a car a disappear. She sends birthday cards, she calls to make sure you don't experience buyer's remorse and the dealership provides great rewards for referrals.
