Outstanding service!! Our first experience buying a new car was pretty awesome!! Let me start by saying that Fuccillo Kia was hoppin' when we got there!! It was like EVERY Our first experience buying a new car was pretty awesome!! Let me start by saying that Fuccillo Kia was hoppin' when we got there!! It was like EVERYONE wanted to buy a car Saturday!! And for every person looking to buy, there was a salesman ready for each one!! Nelson Bou was our guy. He greeted us before we even made it across the parking lot. Very friendly and helpful. He showed us that judging a book by it's cover is OUT at Fuccillo Kia. As soon as we sat inside a Kia Soul, we were sold!!! Nelson was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all. The car really sold itself, but, without Nelson, we wouldn't have gave it a chance. He answered all of our questions. The whole process did take quite a while because we weren't exactly prepared. But, for every glitch and every qualm we presented to them, these guys found a way around it. The Finance Manager, I believe, was Adelso Ramirez, and he too was not going to stop until he did everything in his power to make sure we left in a new car. He even called "Mr. Huge"!!!! I wish I could've met Billy and thanked him in person for giving us a chance. Mr. Huge said, "Tell them I'll see them on the cruise!!!!" I hope we can go!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! TO EVERYONE!!! The Sorrento for her birthday i pull up in my forte and this man by the name nelson came up to me and was so nice and asked me could he help me anyway he could made me feel at home and wasnt pushy .Then worked very hard to get my deal done and never left my side until i was leaving the car lot with my new car. Mr.nelson is one of the best car saleman i have ever met and you need more like him. He made the car deal go so smooth and fast as it could have went .I wouldnt think twice about comi g back to buy are car from Mr. Nelson anytime. Thank you nelson for a great buying experience. Surprise New Car. So we went in really to just look at some used cars and after our salesman, Nelson, was very helpful and showed us the preowned cars we requested. Aft So we went in really to just look at some used cars and after our salesman, Nelson, was very helpful and showed us the preowned cars we requested. After viewing the cars we asked to see, he suggested possibly looking at a new Optima. I was a little bit skeptical to say the least. After a little bit of talking and going over our finances, we were able to get a NEW Optima!! No money out of pocket!! Amazing!! Thanks to Nelson, all the finance guys and Mr Huge for having such a great staff. More
