Sean was absolutely amazing and genuinely helpful. He was professional, patient, and actually made me feel like my concerns mattered. Unfortunately, my experiences with Susan, the manager, and Nelson on the service side have been the complete opposite. Both interactions felt argumentative and lacking in customer service. I appreciate people like Sean who actually take the time to help customers, because unfortunately that has not been my overall experience at this dealership. More
