Customer service hits it out of the park I was looking for a new truck and our salesman asked questions to narrow down the intended use of the truck and what features I would be interested in I was looking for a new truck and our salesman asked questions to narrow down the intended use of the truck and what features I would be interested in having on the vehicle. Test drove one of the trucks on the lot and after shopping around and comparing brands of manufacturers the wife and I decided on a new Ram. The salesman searched and found a truck that met our needs and after confirming with us they traveled 500 miles to pick up this vehicle and trailered it back. The day the vehicle was ready for us to pickup the dealership sent a driver to give us a ride to the dealership so that we could enjoy driving our new truck home together. I do not believe you could be treated better anywhere else if you are considering purchasing a vehicle. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I made two phone calls and in 2 days my vehicle was available. My wife and I are specific in the options we require. This means that the vehicle we want usually must be found at another dealer or built. Don and Nelson always get it right. Even after 4 vehicles I still called one other dealer to compare price. Don and Nelson are 5 for 5 in the best price category. When I make a large purchase I expect four things. I want it fast, easy, accurate, and well priced. Don and Nelson have always delivered. I met Don in 2011 when trading in my old BMW. He gave me 3500 more for my trade than the BMW dealer down the road offered. I wish I would have met Don before I bought that BMW. More
