The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I made two phone calls and in 2 days my vehicle was available. My wife and I are specific in the options we require. This means that the vehicle we want usually must be found at another dealer or built. Don and Nelson always get it right. Even after 4 vehicles I still called one other dealer to compare price. Don and Nelson are 5 for 5 in the best price category. When I make a large purchase I expect four things. I want it fast, easy, accurate, and well priced. Don and Nelson have always delivered. I met Don in 2011 when trading in my old BMW. He gave me 3500 more for my trade than the BMW dealer down the road offered. I wish I would have met Don before I bought that BMW. More
