Despicable Do not buy a car from this place. I am on my third purchase from them. When I traded my 2015 Kia Optima, on Feb. 23, 2017 they did not pay it off un Do not buy a car from this place. I am on my third purchase from them. When I traded my 2015 Kia Optima, on Feb. 23, 2017 they did not pay it off until April 25, 2017. For two months they called me at home harassing me for the remaining payments on the Optima.. They also withhold Vehicle Service Contract and GAP Refunds. As I had coverage for both and never used it I have two Refunds. They only paid me on one and are trying to weasel out of paying the rest - about $700.00. Their Refund Procedures are sketchy as it took eight months for them to acknowledge my Refund(s). At first they told me That I was no longer in the system. Good thing I still have the original contract. The company who provides the coverage Refunds is SAFE-GUARD Products International, LLC. Doesn’t sound safe to me. I am sure I am one of many that they have robbed. They overcharge on price of car and if you trade something has equity, they cheat you on that as well. More

A great experience Today I leased my third Kia Sorento from Newton Kia. I always enjoy my visits there as everyone is so friendly and helpful. I even recently got two other family members to also get Sorento. Nelson is a great sales man and very helpful when it comes to making decisions. The finance dept was great and we have also worked with Herb for many years and it is always a pleasure. Newton Kia has some top notch employees!! More
