Pretty amazing and unexpected! My husband and I went into Newton Kia, as the lease for Kia Sportage was ending in Nov. I had received a letter from Nelson telling us to come in so t My husband and I went into Newton Kia, as the lease for Kia Sportage was ending in Nov. I had received a letter from Nelson telling us to come in so the car could be looked over etc. I had a list of cars with me, that I thought I might just test drive, from other dealers, just to see what was out there. WELL, we met and sat with Nelson, he listened to what I was wanting in a car; 4WD, leather seats, NAV, I wasn't sure on miles as I was well under the 12,000 I previously had, for around the same price as I was paying on my old lease. I told him I liked my old Sportage, but I wanted look around. He said," well let's go for a test drive as long as you are here." It was a 2018 Sportage, a beauty with all the bells and whistles. I drove it and noticed all the differences from my previous Sportage, tighter handling, great pick-up, beautiful interior, lane change alert, auto lift gate, close to other car alert. It is pretty amazing. We got back to the dealership, and Nelson went off to the boss to see what we could do for price. He came back and said we can do the same price!!! WHAT???? I was ecstatic needless to say, and that WAS FOR EVERYTHING. NO destination charges, NO last lease payment(from my od Sportage), NO dealer fees, NO ANYTHING tacked on!!! NO down payment!!!! My husband and I looked at each other, and said,' sold!" How could we not? It was so easy, and Nelson had answered every question I could have possibly thought to ask him. We also got, free service for a year, and for an extra 10.- a mo., 12,000 miles. I decided on the 12,000. We KNEW if we went to another dealer, we could NOT have the same beautiful package, nor a car at this level. So I had brought my dirty old Sportage (39 mo. lease), to them, and came away with a luxurious new one! Sorry about the mess in my car guys! Nelson, you made this so easy, I think I shook your hand a million times and told you thank you the same. A totally NON-PRESSURE experience. I would recommend the dealership to anyone, and Nelson Jiminez especially. My husband and I got home, and kept saying," I can't believe we did that, I can't believe that went so easy, I can't believe I drove a new car home." He greeted me and we got right down to business. It took about 2hrs to finalize a deal, do the contract, and drive off the lot in my brand new kia. So Nelson is very quick, diligent, and hard working. Would definitely recommend this guy to a friend/family member to go get a new car! Thanks Nelson. More
