I submitted an Internet request for quotes on the Malibu 2016. I received incomplete responses from several dealerships in Suffolk County with only one which was done in a professional manner with a photo, a price and a list of details as to what features were included in th LS Malibu. No games, but a simple complete response to what I asked for which was a quote! I responded to Nelson Resnick who sent me the response. We met and 4 hours later I drove out with my new car. I am thrilled with my car and really appreciated Nelson's professionalism, guidance and honesty. All the sales people congratulated me on my new car and the owners son came out to shake my hand. I have many f As luck would have it, my SUV was on its last breathes of life. She treated me well all these years but I was ready for another vehicle. I have many friends and neighbors who told me to go to Buzz Chew in Southampton. Those who bought cars or Trucks from them couldn't say enough great things about the vehicles, the service, the people and their reputation. At the time I was looking for a truck, ( my first ) and maybe a few years old as I didn't want to spend all that much. Bryon Chew in management, worked very hard to find me a pre-owned and in what I wanted. A few months went and Bryon stayed in contact with me the whole time. When my SUV finally bit the dust, I was desperate and needed to buy sooner than later. Bryon told me to come in and he would take care of me so that I could be in a truck that day. He worked out such a deal for me I couldn't resist buying a new 2015 Silverado. Nelson the sales consultant showed me the truck and did all the paperwork, Bob in sales went over the whole truck with me, Andy in fianance walked me through the #'s and made it work. Everyone there treated me like I was family. What a breathe of fresh air compared to other dealers and places I have dealt with in the past. Their honesty, integrity and professionalism speaks volumes to me and my family, and I will never go to any where else again. Buzz Chew of Southampton is now my family and I can't wait until my son drives so I can bring him there. Thanks guys for making my first truck a very pleasant and pain free experience!!!
