That is especially true of Service Advisor Sam Bitar who thoroughly explains the scope of work to be done while also keeping me updated throughout the process giving me updates along the way. Also, Parker the Service Tech even provided me with a nice video going over work as well. While my work is getting done, I often have the pleasure of speaking with Salesman Sam Buffington to catch up new models and incentives that that I pass along to friends and relatives.
