I was honestly hesitant after seeing the dealer’s Yelp reviews, but my experience was nothing short of outstanding. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle online, and buying from Hawaii!! I can’t thank the team enough for how smoothly everything went. Nesrin, the salesperson, was incredibly easygoing and attentive — never pushy or rushed. She took time to understand what I wanted and helped make the process seamless from beginning to end. DK, the finance manager, was just as impressive. No pressure, no gimmicks — just a straightforward, respectful approach that made the paperwork part feel painless. That alone deserves some serious credit. Thanks to both Nesrin and DK, I was able to get my dream car with no hassle, no stress, and most importantly, no lingering bad taste — which I’ve definitely experienced before elsewhere. They worked with me, not against me, and that makes all the difference. If you’re skeptical like I was, give them a chance. I’m genuinely glad I did and as I mentioned buying Z from Hawaii!! More
