We knew exactly what we wanted but they didn't have the exact car at the dealership. Nestor was able to give us a great deal and find the exact highlander we wanted, it came in 2 days later. 2014 toyota highlander review i recently traded our cx-9 with 2014 highlander. the highlander runs wonderful, better mileage. turning is triple power steering, effortless at all. But when we got the car so far 2 parts were missing shift cap and a left rear cover for the roof rack. factory overlooked i guess. here is the good thing, kp is the name of the salesperson who did the trade and followed up on the missing parts. and this guy is prompt, quick and very very helpful. brings his smile to work always never runs out of it. if every car dealer has his personality everybody will be buying whatever he sells. awesome guy. im just a random toyota buyer, this review is non bias. this guy is the man. More
