I had a problem with my 2002 Highlander that was unexpected. My engine failed, at 118,000 miles thru no fault of my own, but Mark Beitan made it right with a decent trade value and I purchased a new unexpected. I was diligent in always having my car serviced here.Nettie was also very instrumental in my purchase. She is a very thorough sales person and helped me find the car I wanted. She explained the car completely before I left with my new car. I am a sales person myself and know good service. She programed my phone, music station. I left happy. More
