They scheduled an appointment and I was so happy during the process that I bought not only a 2013 750ix for myself but also purchased a 2013 328ix for my wife. Franco was prompt for all of our appointments and spent as much times as required to explain the vehicles and all of the various electronics. At any point I had a question or concern, the client advisor, Mark Wisniewski provided a prompt and complete response. It was a bit of a wait for the car, largely due to BMW's production and the sales staff was very up front and honest about the delivery timetable and the allocation. At delivery the dealership unearthed yet another nice rebate-thanks. The car was as ordered and in perfect condition. More
