In particular, I give thumbs-up to their body shop who helped me when lesser dealers may have not.. I've had BMWs off/on for 8+ years now and this is my 2nd one from WestGerman.. They're a good company that make a sincere effort to make a customer happy. More

This was a very positive buying experience from start to finish. I traded in a 4 year old BMW and felt the valuation was fair and within the upper range of published prices -blue book, black book. At any point I had a question or concern, the client advisor, Mark Wisniewski provided a prompt and complete response. It was a bit of a wait for the car, largely due to BMW's production and the sales staff was very up front and honest about the delivery timetable and the allocation. At delivery the dealership unearthed yet another nice rebate-thanks. The car was as ordered and in perfect condition. More
