Excellent place to bring your vehicle for service . The service technicians try to know you by your first name and your vehicle. They work very hard to please you! The service Director Harold is also there this past Saturday, working and running just as hard as the technicians are!! I’ve never seen that before in my life at any other dealer!! just proof that they All work hard in the service department to be the very best they can! And they’re doing a darn good job of it. Shopping for a new car is not easy or fun anymore. Automobiles are so expensive these days it’s actually very stressful car buying. However, dealing with Kenny Ross Subaru the pleasure was all mine. I Automobiles are so expensive these days it’s actually very stressful car buying. However, dealing with Kenny Ross Subaru the pleasure was all mine. I understand car dealers are out to make a profit, it’s their job! I on the other hand am trying to make a deal that’s affordable to my budget. This is what makes negotiating a deal for a new car so difficult. But I must say dealing with the Kenny Ross team was outstanding. I have never dealt with a car salesman the likes of Larry Taylor in my life. From the minute we met till the minute I pulled away with my new vehicle he was an absolute pleasure. Not only did I find a great salesman, I truly feel I made a new friend. And Dave Debruyn was so happy to help my wife and I work out all the numbers to put us in this new Subaru I don’t believe we could ever thank him enough. Salesman, Mike Flynn, was great to work with and the technical guy Newton Da Silva knew his stuff. What I didn't like was the corporate required add-ons to every car on the lot, the Lojack system, fabr technical guy Newton Da Silva knew his stuff. What I didn't like was the corporate required add-ons to every car on the lot, the Lojack system, fabric coating and paint protection that I didn't want. The prices for those can be haggled down, but it still shouldn't be on every car and then I have to find and remove the Lojack GPS tracker myself. The dealer was able to work with me and the agreed on price for the trade-in and out the door price was fair. The new car was prepped very nicely and exactly what I wanted though, so it was a good experience overall. More
