Ford Motors. Bought the King Ranch trim model expecting a step up in quality and convenience. Disapointed in a few minor but annoying things. Ford discontinued the ambient lighting for cup holders. Ford doest offer reart wheel well protectors a standard equipment in the KR trim. Dumb! Noisy experience on sandy roads. Ford discontinued the LED on the keypass to indicate the car started or not. Another annoying and dumb cutback. Columbia ford. Disappointed in the whole tonneau cover issue. I fixed it myself rather than go back and ford but I was charged $200 bucks to have it transferred from my old truck. Basically a 15 minute job if people cared or were paying attention. Lastly just discovered today, I paid $700 bucks more to have Glass coat Simoniz applied and discovered after its first car wash today that the back tailgate likely wasn't touched. The rest of the truck loks and feels like silk but the tailgate is covered with a fine gritty powder than could not have gone unnoticed if the pedople applying the Glass Coat did the job correctly. Thats just plain dishonest workmanship. I'm not a complainer by nature. I have bought two previous vehicles here because of the servie and sales people. This experience is a big turn off. Not a judgement on everyone, just what I had happen to me. More
