Our salesman, Nicholas Andrieoli was amazing. He was extremely patient, very knowledgeable, and very proactive. He came to our house twice to help us deal with some of the new features of the Hyu He was extremely patient, very knowledgeable, and very proactive. He came to our house twice to help us deal with some of the new features of the Hyundai Sonata. His descriptions and advice were always clear and enabled us to make the decision to buy the car very easy. And after we bought the car, his help and guidance made it easy frost to learn the new features, his sunny personality reflected I think a basic willingness to help and empathy for the buyer. I would recommend him and through him Metro West without any reservation. More

I could not have been more pleased than I was by the service we had from the moment we walked in the door and went through the process of shopping, to our making choices about trim, to the purchase of service we had from the moment we walked in the door and went through the process of shopping, to our making choices about trim, to the purchase of our car, to the delivery of our car, we felt very well taken care of. We could not have been more pleased with.our salesman, Nicholas Andreoli. Metrowest Hyundai has a huge inventory. And salesman Nicholas Andreoli is extremely well informed about the various models and all the features and trims within the model. Nicholas is a wonderful listener.. Nicholas listened to everything that we wanted in features of a car and he listened carefully to our questions and concerns. Nicholas talked to us about the features that our particular car might have that would make it right for us. For example, one of our concerns was that we have a very narrow garage. In the end, we chose the Hyundai Sonata with the limited trim because it had many features, including the remote self parking feature. Before we took the car out for a test drive. Nicholas sat with us in the car and went over the various features. He knew we were concerned about safety features like good viewing, cameras to detect pedestrian and blind spots and lane control, etc. we also wanted a large screen and cameras showing multiple angles to view. We sat for a long time in the car before we even drove it as Nicholas went through all the features and why he thought those would be important to us. And then we drove the car as Nicholas narrated the features. We loved how it drove. Before making our final decision, we wanted to be assured that’s a car would fit into our garage . To show you how much Nicholas went out of his way for us, he brought the car to our home and tested it out to see if it would fit easily going in and out of the garage. He drove it in and demonstrated the remote self parking feature. That clinched it. We made our decision. A couple of days later we returned to the dealership and purchased the car. Everything went smoothly. Sam was great with the finance papers. Everyone was very professional. Nicholas also took care of the registration and the inspections, delivered the car to our home and took our trade-in back to the dealership. When he made the delivery, Nicholas sat with us for quite a long time again going over all the features. He sat in the backseat and let us sit in the front seat so that we could see and learn how to access the features and try it out on our own, guided by Nicholas's explanation. And true to course. Nicholas returned to our house a several days later when I was having trouble operating the remote parking system and wanted more instruction. Nicholas helped to refine our understanding. We originally went to Metrowest Hyundai because a very close family friend had recommended manager Max. And once again we could not have been more pleased. And the car had been washed and prepped and came to us in pristine condition. We are enjoying using it. I would certainly recommend MetroWest Hyundai and Nicholas Andreoli to any friend who is buying a Hyundai. And I would recommend the Hyundai Sonata as the car to buy. We will use them for service as well. More

This has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve ever had. The level of disorganization, poor communication, and outright incompetence I’ve encountered at this Hyundai dealership is experiences I’ve ever had. The level of disorganization, poor communication, and outright incompetence I’ve encountered at this Hyundai dealership is beyond unacceptable. Promises made during the sales process were either not honored or walked back later. Calls and texts routinely go unanswered, and when someone does respond, it’s usually with contradictory or inaccurate information. Every step has felt like a battle — not just to get what was agreed upon, but to get any basic follow-up at all. At this point, I'm actively exploring legal options. That's how far beyond the line this experience has gone. If you're considering buying a car here: don't. There are plenty of other dealerships that will actually value your business and treat you with the respect and transparency you deserve. More

We had an excellent experience buying a Hyundai Ioniq 5 at Metrowest Hyundai. Everyone we dealt with there was friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, Nicholas Andreoli, was especially great; enthusiastic, at Metrowest Hyundai. Everyone we dealt with there was friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, Nicholas Andreoli, was especially great; enthusiastic, cheerful, helpful, and very patient. He really knew the car and spent a ton of time explaining all of its features to us. Then when we came to pick up the car, he spent another hour teaching us the car. This is our first all-electric car, with touch-screen apps, so there was a lot to learn! Nicholas has kept in touch with us and did another instruction session with us via phone and FaceTime a few weeks after we brought the car home. He has always been cheerful and patient. We have never had this kind of personalized service with any previous car we've purchased (and we're in our 70's so we've bought a number of cars over the years). Nicholas gets the award for being the best car salesman we have ever dealt with! More

This review is for 0 stars, but website doesn’t let me give less than a star. Doing business with MetroWest Hyundai was AWFUL. As a young woman buying a car for the first time, I was looking for a dealers give less than a star. Doing business with MetroWest Hyundai was AWFUL. As a young woman buying a car for the first time, I was looking for a dealership that would make the process easy and seamless. About a week ago, I came here to purchase a vehicle. Everything seemed great and I went through with the purchase. Upon agreeing to buy the vehicle, our salesman Nicholas, asked if we wanted to leave the store to take a break/food while he and his team prepared the paperwork for finance. We agreed and returned later that day. Upon returning, we were made to wait OVER AN HOUR ON A THURSDAY in the waiting room to finally be able to meet with Aubrie, the finance manager. When we did meet with her, she was rude and seemed very irritated with my asking of questions (even though it was my first time buying a vehicle). About a week after the purchase, I noticed my vehicle hadn’t been registered, something I had paid for the dealership to do for me. When asked why it wasn’t registered, it turns out the dealership had sold me a pre owned vehicle of which they DID NOT HAVE A TITLE FOR (an illegal practice). This caused two days worth of stress where the dealership, specifically Nicholas, Sam, and Jeff gave me attitude numerous times and almost left me with no vehicle to drive given it was past the grace period to register a car while attempting to track down the previous owner of the vehicle. On one call, Nicholas told me “we are not going to drop everything we are doing to fix your problem”, even though it was a problem they had caused! They were extremely rude, dodged my calls numerous times, and lied. Horrible experience as a first time buyer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE - ONCE YOU HAND OVER A CHECK THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!! More
