I have owned BMW’s since 2006 and most recently went into BMW of Medford looking for a pre-owned and certified BMW. I purchased a pre-owned/certified 2016 BMW 640i Gran Coupe. I have received so many complements on the car (immaculate showroom condition). Let me start the review with a 5-STAR experience all around. I have been to many dealerships in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and my experience was seamless and second to none. Billy and the entire sales team were professional, detailed, and knowledgeable. Nick Apanian, the team sales manager was amazing and made the entire process a great experience. Even after the purchase followed up with in person when I picked up my new purchase. I would also like to give a shout out to Rami in finance for making the finance process seamless. I will be a repeat customer at BMW of Medford and highly recommend them as a dealership of choice. In the past I have leased a few Jeeps from Nick the sales manager. He explained that lease deals are not as great in this current car market and explained to me the benefit of buying a Certified BMW with the manager.
