Then when it was finally done my address was wrong. Total lack of professionalism. Then when the 7 hours was finished, it had not been gassed and floor mats were still in back. He did nothing. There were other people having the same problems. Additionally there were customers arriving and no one would talk to them. I watched 3 different families leave because no one would help them. At the same time there were several of these guides sitting and talking My guide I could see in the back room texting for 30 minutes while we were all waiting on him. If you want to go here and they tell you Virgil Union is your experience guide, you might as well leave right then. More

We had a great experience, Nick was very knowledgeable and took excellent care of us. A tip for future buyers: bring a cashier's check for you down payment as they do not accept personal checks, and ha and took excellent care of us.
