My search ended at Heritage Jeep Being the end of model year, I was having difficulty finding what I wanted because my choices were limited. Originally going in I had my heart set on Being the end of model year, I was having difficulty finding what I wanted because my choices were limited. Originally going in I had my heart set on the Renegade Trailhawk but it wasn't available anywhere within a 125 mi. radius. I was becoming increasingly frustrated and tired when Shawn suggested that I take a look at the Limited version of the Renegade. I'm glad I did because it turned out to be a better choice for me. After deciding on the Limited, the Heritage team took over and all I had to do was relax and look forward to enjoying my Renegade. Special thanks to my salesman Shawn Jeffries who was extremely kind and patient. He answered all of my questions and was able to provide me with a ton of information about my new vehicle. My last vehicle purchase was a 1998 Cherokee purchased in 1997 which I might add is still going strong. Since all the technology was new to me, Shawn advised me to write down anything I needed help with. He encouraged me to return to the dealership and he would help me with setting up my vehicle so I could be sure I was getting the most out of what my new vehicle had to offer. Thank you to all the members of the Heritage team I interacted with during my visit. You made me feel welcomed and I appreciate the professional manner in which you handled my transaction. More

No Pressure Truck Purchasing Experience I was looking online at a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck and I saw one that we liked and told them what I wanted to spend. I was contacted within minutes a I was looking online at a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck and I saw one that we liked and told them what I wanted to spend. I was contacted within minutes and said to come on up. This all took place at 8:30 pm on Friday 9/23/2016. We went up and were told the truck was being filled up with gas and washed. Our salesman was Shawn Jeffries and we got right down to business. He explained everything to us and we got just what we wanted for the price that we asked for. When the truck came back from getting cleaned and gassed up he took us out and showed us how everything worked. He also sent us a link to video's on the trucks features. The nesk person that we met was Sarah who worked with us filling out the loan paperwork and she was also was a pleasure to work with. We got all of this done in around three hours. Nick was great he went above and beyond that extra mile at finding us the right jeep we were looking for. It was worth the three hour trip to get there. He got us extactly what we wanted . At the end of my experience, it took every bit of restraint not to cause a scene. I've told several of my friends and co-workers that I wish I would have just walked away and not accepted delivery of restraint not to cause a scene. I've told several of my friends and co-workers that I wish I would have just walked away and not accepted delivery of the Jeep. I had no issues regarding negotiation of the vehicle sale. Nick was fairly straight forward although he clearly pushed his agenda to have me purchase a car. Funny statement on his behalf "it's not my responsibility to make sure you purchase a vehicle that you can afford." Probably not in the best interest of the customer and reflects poorly upon the dealership as a whole. Still, I think Nick can be a decent sales rep with some work. Upon determining that I would purchase the vehicle (3 pm) I was told that a driver had been sent to retrieve the vehicle from another dealer. That was not the case; the driver did not depart until an hour after my decision to purchase the jeep. I was told that the vehicle would arrive at 5 pm. At 5:15 I checked with the receptionist who went to Brad and requested an update. He proceeded to role his eyes and begrudgingly make the phone call to the driver. He then said it would be another 20 minutes and shrugged his shoulders. It actually turned out to be hour. This left me with the impression that the sales team was only concerned about the sale and nothing beyond that. Approximately 10 minutes after working to find out when the vehicle would arrive, Brad walked by singing "never gonna get it, never gonna get it... never gonna get it, never gonna get it" while looking at me and smiling. I am left to ask how this can be seen as acceptable conduct and what the intent of the dealership is - is this how Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep would like to be represented? In addition to the issues above, I opted not to have the vehicle cleaned immediately and instead worked it out with Nick to do so at a later time. I wonder if I will get the run around. More

Made me feel like I was the only customer that he was concerned with. Nick did not treat me like just a sale, but also treated me like I was a person and listened to all my needs and never tried to pers concerned with. Great job and the help to finance it and get me into the right service plan was outstanding! Even though they are over an hour from my house, I will definitely use them again when the time comes to replace my other car. More

Overall good experience. Both Hal and especially Nick seemed to be very knowledgeable in the GC line, were very easy to work with and offered a very reasonable price. Only real knock was the delay in signing the paperwork when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. What should have taken 15 minutes or less (Due to Nick's preparedness) ended up taking almost 2 hours while I waited for the financing guru. I do understand that mid-afternoon on a Tuesday is probably not the busiest time to close deals at a auto dealership, so I understanding staffing only one paperwork signer at that time slot which led to the delay. Again, very positive overall experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Nick and Heritage to friends, family or colleages that were in the market for a new vehicle. More
