The selection of vehicles was impressive, and I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and straightforward. My sales person was amazing, however the sales managers xxxxxx me around for 3 hrs one day, then 6 hrs the next day. Ignored the KBB Instant Cash Offer and gave me 20 reasons why my vehicle wasn't worth c xxxxxx me around for 3 hrs one day, then 6 hrs the next day. Ignored the KBB Instant Cash Offer and gave me 20 reasons why my vehicle wasn't worth close to that number. After 6 hrs, I kept telling them over and over that I needed to leave to take care of my dogs. They had offered to buy 1 of my vehicles at a really lowball price, the other offer was just an insult. At the end, I got my keys and walked out. I was supposed to go back the next day, but the more I thought about it... NO! I called and said I wouldn't be back. The next day I took it to a competitor, in 45 mins, I had a deal and it was $2k more than what Heritage offered. Save yourself time and go elsewhere... More

My husband and I will only use heritage for our car needs. They have the best staff in the area, working with you every step of the way to ensure you get a vehicle you are in love with.
