I feel I can trust them to not recommend unnecessary repairs or servicing. The service staff is friendly and informative. Also, they provide a comfortable atmosphere for you to wait for your car. Went in with several concerns, left over the moon! Nick was very helpful from start to finish and addressed all of my concerns (some of which had been overlooked in the past by other members of the ser Nick was very helpful from start to finish and addressed all of my concerns (some of which had been overlooked in the past by other members of the service team). He was very thorough and communicative and kept me updated throughout the entire process (which made the wait much more bearable). He made sure that every question I had was answered, and every issue was promptly addressed. After my visit before, I didn't have high expectations for the service center. They did not follow up on their end when they promised to call me when a part came in that I needed replaced, and they popped a bent piece of the body framework back into place without explaining to me that it wasn't completely replaced. I returned because it popped out again while I was driving on I-85 in the rain at night and had to pull over to the shoulder of the highway and pull the bent piece off myself. I was clearly upset when I returned to the service center yesterday to get it completely replaced (which is what I thought they did in the first place). Nick made sure everything was done the right way, and I am now very pleased. Thanks Nick! More

Excellent Service team I had to change under carriage liner. When I went to spares Dept, he suggested that I speak to service so that they can lift up vehicle and di complet I had to change under carriage liner. When I went to spares Dept, he suggested that I speak to service so that they can lift up vehicle and di complete inspection and determine exact part needed This was done in 15 min. They gave an estimate, ordered parts, called me when they had the part and fixed my vehicle Great guys More

Excellent customer service center I had to bring my car in due to a noise I was hearing in the front side of my car. Upon arrival, I was asked to pull my car into the service garage & I had to bring my car in due to a noise I was hearing in the front side of my car. Upon arrival, I was asked to pull my car into the service garage & one of the service men came to look at my car & asked me to pull back back & in again & immediately noticed my front left tire bolts were loose. Thankfully, I had taken the side roads from Cumming! I Was also in for a routine oil change, I asked for a loaner car that morning & it was new & clean & ready for me while we discussed service. Not sure service person-lost card, young, tall thin build, dark hair. Great job!! More

Good quick service / oil-filter and tyre rotation Good quick and efficient service, friendly personnel. The waiting area was well equipped with snacks and water and the free wifi helped me continue Good quick and efficient service, friendly personnel. The waiting area was well equipped with snacks and water and the free wifi helped me continue work while the car was serviced. Only thing missed was the free car wash. I thought they did this on every service visit but I did not get one yesterday. Did not follow up on it as I had already paid and did not with to wait again for that. More

Exceeded expectations Taking my vehicle in for service was extremely easy and fast. My service advisor was quick to notice I had a car seat and before I even asked him, he Taking my vehicle in for service was extremely easy and fast. My service advisor was quick to notice I had a car seat and before I even asked him, he had already set me up in a vehicle big enough to fit my family. He called me regularly with updates about my vehicle status and when I could expect to pick up my car. When everything was done, I came in and picked up my car and both my service advisor and either a manager or another advisor sat with me to make sure that the repairs were completed the right way and then they got me out of there very quickly. Overall it was a great experience. More
