Dealership great. Service department is awful. Brand new car bought in august 2021.They stated the AC was already clogged and backed up. Even though a hose was clearly Service department is awful. Brand new car bought in august 2021.They stated the AC was already clogged and backed up. Even though a hose was clearly disconnected and I could see water dripping into my front seat car mat. In 20 years of owning cars. I have never had a clogged AC.Told me issue was environmental and charged 145 for service. Just disappointed that you purchase a car with bummer to bummer coverage and the fine details are left out. I can understand if the repair was my doing, but clearly the AC drain was not connected properly to begin with. More

Originally went to Boch South to check out a Rav4 Limited before deciding to go to Boch Norwood who had the color I preferred, but the Staff was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the Limite before deciding to go to Boch Norwood who had the color I preferred, but the Staff was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the Limited so we purchased one from Boch South; and Staff practiced physical distancing and wearing masks. First experience at this dealership, I was happy with the service for my vehicle, one item was a warranty check and the other were general maintenance. I thought the prices for a standard oil change was a b service for my vehicle, one item was a warranty check and the other were general maintenance. I thought the prices for a standard oil change was a bit high. All personel I dealt with very good and courtious. I however had a issue with the rental vehicle that was provided. The exterior of the vehicle was filthy and had to get it washed on the way home. The interior was also not cleaned at all and in fact their were items left in the vehicle from the last person who used the vehicle. During these times of COVID-19, this vehicle should have cleaned and sanitized. I had to wipe the interior down myself to fell safe. This was a very disappointing part of my experience. More

Very bad customer service. I d rather drive another 1 hour to go another location for service than go this location for my service .
