Excellent service.
Friendly courteous staff.
Asking for a certain number of words is ridiculous. I have given my opinion, that should suffice

originally left a positive review at the dealership’s request, but after experiencing what happened with my purchase, I feel it’s important to share the full story.
I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Trax LT with 58k miles. Within 24 hours, the vehicle was jerking under acceleration, nearly stalling, and the check engine light came on. The dealership first told me it was just because the tank was empty. When I pushed for a diagnostic, they said it needed a catalytic converter and three separate mounts, quoting around $3,500 in repairs. They then tried to present $1,600 as a “deal” if I paid part of it.
Later I learned they had cleared the code to make it seem like nothing was wrong. Luckily the light came back on before I had the vehicle independently inspected. A second shop (Kwik Kar) confirmed that the mounts were fine and the only real issue was the catalytic converter, which they repaired for under $1,100.
On top of that, the dealership tried to pressure me into refinancing through them and purchasing a $5,000 bumper-to-bumper warranty, despite the fact I already had secured affordable financing through my bank.
The truth is the car failed within a day of purchase, the repair estimate was inflated, and unnecessary add-ons were pushed after the fact.
Bottom line: Buyers should be very cautious. Get an independent inspection, secure your own financing, and do not rely on this dealership’s repair quotes or sales tactics.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. When the vehicle was brought back, our GM Certified technician recommended OEM parts for the repair, as aftermarket parts often lead to recurring issues with this type of repair. The original estimate was $3,300, but we offered to split the cost in half with you as a goodwill gesture, since the vehicle was purchased “As Is” without a warranty. We also extended the option to purchase a warranty at cost, not at the figure mentioned. Unfortunately, when we attempted to reach out directly, the call was ended. We regret we couldn’t come to a resolution together.

Yes, I did end the call out of frustration — but your reply here leaves out an important fact. Your estimate wasn’t just for a catalytic converter. You also included an engine mount, dog bone mount, and transmission mount in the $3,300+ quote. We had the car inspected independently, and all of those mounts were fine. The only real issue was the catalytic converter, which we had replaced for under $1,100.
Even your “$1,600 split” would have been us paying for unnecessary repairs. Leaving the mounts out of your response here makes your estimate sound reasonable when it wasn’t. That’s why I stand by the original review.
Helpful and friendly.
They got the job done and diagnosed several issues to be fixed.
