The people are wonderful, but the billing practices are becoming comical. I brought my car in for an oil change. They told me the cost. When I went to pay there was an extra $10 fee. I ask what for specifically. She said the gloves and towels they use. This is ridiculous!! That should all be part of the oil change. Just be honest about the price! I feel like that is a scam!! You are lying about the cost!! That is like charging me for the soap you use to wash the dishes when you go out to eat!!!! No! This is part of the service. Do better for your loyal customers. I have bought many cars there and had much work done. I am now starting to look at other Toyota dealerships. When I buy my new sienna there next year I am not sure it will be from you. More

This is my third time getting service & each time when I arrive it can take up to 5 minutes before someone acknowledges me.
