After waiting to be helped, I was told that it would be about an hour and a half for an oil change. After over two hours, my car was finally finished. It cost $180.00 for an oil change and front wiper blad about an hour and a half for an oil change. After over two hours, my car was finally finished. It cost $180.00 for an oil change and front wiper blades, which I think is ridiculous. I called the next day with a question about the bill and was told that I would be called back. It's been four days, still no call back. I was also told that my brakes failed inspection and needed to be replaced. I took my car to another mechanic, and they said the brakes were fine right now and didn't need to be replaced. I have been going to Erlich/McDonald Toyota for over 17 years, but I will be looking somewhere else to take my car. More

I like the changes I see made in the last year. Juan, the courtesy drive,r is an excellent addition to your customer services. Tonya Whitaker is excellent too. She is a problem solver and adds tremendously important information when repairing an old vehicle. I have a 2000 Toyota Solara that need loving and professional care. She knows the history of past repairs and serves as an excellent advisor for car repair and best possible solutions to problems when it is needed. I am not sure who the mechanic is that works on my car , but in the past he has been a very concerned and caregiver to my beloved car. Please acknowledge him and his work. As an 89 year old woman, I really appreciate a caring staff. I depend on your company's service employees to take care of my cars service needs .
