Experienced an issue where a technician compromised the o-ring for my vehicle’s oil filter after a standard LOF service, which caused a serious oil leak on my driveway and street in front of my home. That o-ring for my vehicle’s oil filter after a standard LOF service, which caused a serious oil leak on my driveway and street in front of my home. That said; issue was quickly remedied by Nick McAnderson and he couldn’t have done a better job resolving the issue. Staff like Nick and Reiner Alvarez should be commended for how they addressed the problem. More
