Worst dealership in the area. They tricked me multiple times with some shady deals. Shame on me for falling for it with both my vehicles. Just be warned, they lie during the sales They tricked me multiple times with some shady deals. Shame on me for falling for it with both my vehicles. Just be warned, they lie during the sales process. They underpriced my trade-in by $10k twice. Luckily I was able to sell one of them via CarMax. Then their finance person lied to me about EV credits, and only now when I was trying to file for my taxes this year did I notice he had lied (or realize he lied). They sold me a vehicle on a Sunday night, and the processing took forever, asking me to pick up the vehicle the following day. When I came back, they told me they didn't have the vehicle anymore, thinking they had it in a different lot but it was no longer there. Had to pressure them for 3 straight days and threatened to have my attorney engaged before they found a replacement in Daytona that they had to go pick up, which added 240 miles of driving to a brand new vehicle because they can't even keep track of their own inventory (or the sales personnel prefers to lie). They also filled incorrect paperwork with the finance company and submitted it as a used vehicle, and until this day they haven't corrected it. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away! More

INCREDIBLY SLOW! Made appointment for warranty repair and still had to wait 6 days for vehicle to be diagnosed. Asked what the benefit for making appointment time was and I was told it's just to speak with an advisor. Poor response! ANY advisor should be able to put information into system to begin a work order. When I was notified the radio repair was nearing completion and my truck was ready to be picked up, I asked about status of other issue that was discussed with advisor when truck was dropped of and the response was 'what other issue?'. Very unhappy that I had to call numerous times seeking an update rather than receive updates from my advisor on a regular basis since you had my vehicle for more than 30 days. I did receive 1 video update that was not for my vehicle. Really???? Definitely not the same dealership from when the Arrigo family owned it, sad. More
