I am highly dissatisfied with the “repair”job done on my 2024 Ram pickup. I brought it in Monday September 16th because of a water leak coming in from the rear cab window. I informed the service department that I had put Permatex around the third break light as a temporary fix since I was out of state. My bill says it was a warranty job but I was told I had to pay a $100 deductible (which I paid). Picked up my truck Thursday September 19th and with the heavy rain we’ve had this week it leaks even more than before. I sent a video of it to my service advisor. There is no way the seal was replaced. The only thing they did was break the end tab on the drivers side roof trim. More
