The sales staff should be a bit more comfortable with their products. Not just the vehicles, but what is available for extras and add-ons. The sales staff was very polite and courteous. Ryan is the Gener their products. Not just the vehicles, but what is available for extras and add-ons. The sales staff was very polite and courteous. Ryan is the General manager and he makes a person feel like a valued customer. He is extremely helpful and easy to deal with. My wife and I were slow to pull the trigger, however we did. Now we own a new Highlander Platinum and love it. Thanks everyone for all your help! More
