My name is Nick Sordelet. I have been with Kelley Automotive since July 2021. I’ve been in sales for over 15 years. I’ve worked as a personal trainer, a sales manager at AT&T and as a realtor. I have 5 kids, Cameron 17, Christian 16, Chandon 9, Kyson 7 and Koban 3. In my spare time I like to travel, hang out with family, grill out, golf and workout. Bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator that has a Kelley warranty on it and had it less than 2 weeks and transmission went out. Dropped it off Thursday morning and now it's Tuesday afternoon and was told they were w on it and had it less than 2 weeks and transmission went out. Dropped it off Thursday morning and now it's Tuesday afternoon and was told they were working on the paperwork and haven't even started working on the jeep yet. This isn't what you call great or even good service period. More
